Today I took the plunge and finalized my seed orders for 2011! Hopefully in the next week, my seeds from Baker's Creek and Renee's Garden will both arrive. Yea!

The story behind About a Bug
Ever wonder why this site is called About a Bug? Well, that would be my fault. Hours after I had Matthew, I started calling him my bug-a-boo. He was just so cute and precious. Slowly over time he became my bug and more family members adopted that as a nickname. When we decided to start the blog, it seemed only appropriate to call it "about a bug," because isn't everything about the baby? Matthew thinks so.

What a lovely Valentine greeting at the top of your page. And how did you manage to catch the bird just as it started to take the plunge so to speak? It's that white dove you mentioned, I think.
Mom, yes, I think it was the white one running around. I wish I could have gotten a shot of a normal colored one and the white one sitting together. It's so obvious then. And how did I manage? Luck. Always luck with me.
