He was so excited to go this morning that he thought I took way too long to get him there. I doubt I needed to even hug him goodbye! I just wish by time I got off work he hadn't been so tired. About all I got was crying.

He had a wonderful day at preschool, didn't want to leave, and then crashed by the time you got to see him. That's not fun for you, but he'll get used to the routine and evenings will get much better. Hang in there! Love you both!!!
He was well turned-out for his first day. I agree with "Mom" about his stamina, but feel bad for you both until then.
For the record, today, Tuesday second day, was great. He took a nap and came home happy even though he really thought I'd come to pick him up too soon, and that he might just want to spend the night there!

He did look excited to go to school; I'm glad he was excited but I'm sorry you were both so tired by the end of the day. I agree with everybody that you will both get the routine down. Love and Hugs to both of you.
