Phil update

I know several of you have been wondering how he's been doing since he got home (and several of you possibly didn't catch anything was wrong), so I thought I'd give you an update. Since he's been home the pain has been better since he's not wearing his gear, but he's in pain everyday. And bored since he's jobless. At the end of his first week back, he got an appointment with the dr. They took his MRI results and told him to call this week. All week he called and finally was informed he needed another MRI done and sent him to make the appointment. He went to make the appointment and they informed him there was no order for an MRI, so he had to go back and make another dr. appointment to get order for the MRI. He had that appointment today and will have the next MRI the 24th. Till then, and probably after, we wait. A superior put him up for a job in another TX city. He thinks that there no way he'll get the job, but I rather hope he gets it so we can move out of this area. Why do I want to move? Because grade schooler's are ballsy enough to steal dogs out of fenced yards with the owner's home. How do I know? Because I watched them steal my neighbors dog, Roscoe (remember the little black wienie dog?) Unfortunately, I didn't know they weren't supposed to be there, so I didn't stop it. Luckily, the neighbors got the dog back, but wow, I want out!

It's kind of all hurry up and wait, isn't it? I hope they get something figured out for Phil's pain, very soon! I guess you can't leave Missy alone for a minute. So sorry about that, and good luck with everything!

What they said! At least you know, but how can you tell if you are moving into a neighborhood with Low-Lifes?! (other than looking for gang writing)

Wow, I didn't realize he had gotten injured, was he deployed? Sadly, gradeschoolers are a total nightmare everywhere - my kids stay in my backyard - my "sanctuary" LOL!

Mom, yes it is! Missy will be ok because she does her thing and comes back in.

Kirsten, thank you, I hope so too.

Auntie, well, we searched the crime map for the area and we actually live in the best pocket possible, but still...

Erin, he spent all of Jan. in the field in La (I promised to not really say that because he worries a crazy will come get us), so that was when and where he got hurt. He was so upset because it was his first time back out in 5 years and he had to give up right before a big mission. What's wrong with today's youth???
