The story behind About a Bug
Ever wonder why this site is called About a Bug? Well, that would be my fault. Hours after I had Matthew, I started calling him my bug-a-boo. He was just so cute and precious. Slowly over time he became my bug and more family members adopted that as a nickname. When we decided to start the blog, it seemed only appropriate to call it "about a bug," because isn't everything about the baby? Matthew thinks so.

Body Art? What IS that stuff? And how does he explain why he spreading it on himself?
oh. my. hahahaha! is that shaving cream? at least he smells good!
He looks a lot like a ghostly-blue alien boy.
Ah, getting into body painting at an early age. But that picture is priceless... just wait until you pull it out when he's 20!!

Auntie, it's shaving cream that was drizzled with paint that you were supposed to press paper into to make works of art, but it was too much of a temptation to make body art instead! (He didn't explain, he just did!)
