You may need to have a porch sale before long! But if anything is up for grabs, I get dibs on first chance! Congrats on being a one household family again. It's about time!!! You've all been patient long enough!
Yes, the dresser isn't doing too bad, although the inside is looking unsafe. I am hoping to claim it as mine as soon as we get to TX. I know it's kindof a cheap little thing, but I love it!
Like the runners need re-glueing? I can't imagine Phil wants to baby a piece of furniture that doesn't work right -- I bet you get it. You can probably keep it going for the next 10 yrs. I suggest you measure carefully and nail the runners back from the outside, if they are the problem. Don't forget to rub drawer edges top and bottom on each side. What else is wrong? Plus, if you overload a drawer and shove--well you get the drift!
Yeah, the runners seem to work ok, but when you have everything out and look, they look like they are just barely hanging in there. I'll try to be careful with it since I love it so much. Love you!
Ever wonder why this site is called About a Bug? Well, that would be my fault. Hours after I had Matthew, I started calling him my bug-a-boo. He was just so cute and precious. Slowly over time he became my bug and more family members adopted that as a nickname. When we decided to start the blog, it seemed only appropriate to call it "about a bug," because isn't everything about the baby? Matthew thinks so.

Happy One-Householding!!
A porch sale sounds like a great idea.
(dibs on the blender)
If the old white dresser is holding together does that mean you get it now? Or at least the two little drawers, for girly things?
