I should wait...

...for kinderGARDEN Thursday....







...but I can't! I'm so excited! I learned to can over the weekend! Lorri, my cousins mom, taught me how to can. We made applesauce, apple butter and apple jelly. It was a long day of peeling apples, but oh, it was so fun! Thanks so much Lorri, you are the best!

Congrats!! It is so rewarding to complete a project like that! Just think how easy it will be to do berries! No peeling , or coring just wash! You'll be a pro now that the canning bug has bit you!

Oh my goodness, I have an apple parer somewhere. I never thought about it, I should have dug it out and sent it with you!
